General Guideline
1. Enter the registration webpage. First and foremost, enter your usual email, this is to activate your account at times.
2. Set a password.
3. Read the terms and conditions carefully, after agreeing to the terms and conditions, click the "submit registration" button.
4. Complete registration.

点击仓库地址。然后,前往淘宝的账户管理,点击收货地址添加 TNDX Express 的中国仓库地址。
3. 复制快递号
前往淘宝的已买的宝贝,点击商品的查看物流,复制快递号。
4 . 填写包裹资料
选择“ 我要代运" 。 填写刚才从淘宝复制的资料如产品名称,物流公司=快递公司名称 ,快递单号,购买物品的数量,物品价值总计。如还有其他产品要曾加就按曾加。
如有特别要求想通知仓库才填写" 产品备注“ 填写完毕后按包裹保存。
5. 确认订单后,就会成功保存单号在您的账户内了,您可以继续点击 “ 查看我的商品订单 ” 或 “ 商品订单 " 。
6. 几时需要提交订单
在商品订单,就可以看到您刚才已经保存的包裹单号,如果包裹已经抵达仓库,便可知道包裹重量。
如您想提交代运单,便可选择您要提交的包裹,然后点击” 提交运单"
如果你觉得包裹重量有点浪费空间的话,比如1.1kg 我们会以1.5kg 计算邮费哦!那你可以继续在淘宝购物,等到包裹有足1.5kg 的时候才提交订单也可以。
7. 接着,选择您要邮寄的地址和想使用的运输方式后,点击 “ 提交"
8. 邮费付款
最后,您可以在” 运单记录 “ 查询到您所提交的代运单,等待仓库处理完毕后,系统会自动电邮通知您付款运费。
客户可以在账户余额足够情况下直接付款发货,如果余额不足,可以点击”充值账户“ 进行充值后才点击付款。
此外,如客户余额足够,又想要仓库处理好后就自动付款发货,可在”账户设置" 选择 “ 自动支付国际运费 " 并保存。这样可以节省很多时间。
Ordering status
On the way:Goods waiting to be delivered to theCOWE Expressdepot.
Delivered :Goods has been delivered to theCOWE Expressdepot,complete checking and you may submit the shipment. Have been mailed been :Depot already delivered the goods to its destinations,waiting for the customers to sign it。
Failed order:Name of the goods,price which have been submitted does not match, goods out of stock, items without pictures or description, virtual goods,prohibited items, all considered failed orders.
Waybill status
Waiting to be managed:Waiting for the goods to be managed by theCOWE Expressworkers.
Waiting to be weigh:Goods waiting to be weigh by theCOWE Expressworkers.
Waiting for payment:Waybill waiting to be paid byCOWE Expresscustomers.
Waiting to be delivered:Goods are waiting to be delivered by theCOWE Expressworkers。
Have been mailed:Goods have been mailed to the destinations,waiting to be signed。
Failed order:Regarding goods which have problems, workers and members.
*Note:When status of goods updated by the seller does not match what's submitted by the buyer, for example : Wrong amount, needed to be confirmed with our workers then will be delivered to the depot. Problems with description can be mailed to us through customer service mailbox(cowemsb@gmail.com),our workers will manage it and try our best to give you a reply as fast as possible.
Parcel Shipment Rules & Regulations
*1.Air Shipping Items total value less than USD100 @cannot more than 15KG/order are not required to pay tax.
*2. Value Declaration: Refer to parcel value filled in RMB amount by the customer,
our system will auto convert to USD. Value declaration exchange rate as USD 1.00 = ¥6.2。
*3. Air flight fare here include custom clearance but not include tax. However, it's almost zero percent chances been tax by custom,
if your shipment has been tax, can be settled by express company.
*4.Daigou Risk: If anything happen like damage and lost to your shipment on the way to the destination,we are not responsible for that. Bear in mind while receiving your parcel, make sure your items weight and quantity is correct then only sign on it.
*5.If there is any damage on your parcel,please check on the spot and inform the delivery man;

Or phone us.:0124891888/ 0183694193(Immediately). Once all the info in place, 「COWE Express」will fight for the customer to ask for compensation of shipping company.
*6.Air Shipment Compensation: If parcel lost or missing, the shipping company will follow your declaration value or the most USD100 as compensation.
The compensation will be 3 times of shipment fee or good declaration value whichever is lowest as basic. Note:If it's highly valuable goods, please contact us for buying insurance.
*7.Sea freight Compensation: If parcel lost or missing, the shipping company will follow your declaration value or the most 3 times of your shipping fare as compensation.

*8.Any issues cause by Taobao seller, we are not responsible for that. (Cheat,Color,Quality or Parcel Missing etc)
*8.If seller not honest,parcel missing half way, quality issue, send wrong good, color mistake etc. We are not responsible~
*9.If buyer received the parcel and discover the product is not the right one etc, we will help customer to request the seller to solve it.
*10.For customer who request for perfect and good quality, it's advisable while make order please choose QC service (Extra charge needed) whereby the warehouse staff will help to ensure your product in good quality when arrive in our warehouse.
*11.We would like to make sure customer can enjoy perfect buy for me service.
Make sure you understand the basic risk of buy for me service,for those items condition received by customer, we are not responsible for it. During festival, the shipment will be slow caused by custom clearance delay and big volume of shipment. We are not responsible for the delay.
*12.Parcel status show received but buyer claim that never receive it. Buyer have to trace where is their parel. Please understand that there is a risk in buy for me service, whereby goods might not arrive on time.
*13.Customer need to request seller pack the parcel in suitable way to avoid damage while shipping. Any damage on the goods received by warehouse, our company will not responsible for it but will help to get compensation from seller.
*14.If worry about goods condition, we do provide service like count goods, QC, take photos etc. Please contact customer service:cowemsb@gmail.com. If customer complaint that wrong product or product missing or send wrongly. We are not responsible for it.
*15.All the duration provided for Air and Sea shipping here, are not cover public holiday and festival,weather, custom clearance delay etc. We are not responsible for any delay causing loss by customer.
*16.Only for those product out of stock allow to refund, else once sold out non-refundable or exchangeable.
*17.If customer make order and choose our shipping service, it means customer accept all the rules and regulations above.

Normal Goods & Sensitive Goods Differences:
Pirated product, liquid, beauty product, medicine, battery contains product, CD, DVD, powder and adultery products as sensitive goods.
*Air Shipment Prohibited Goods:
Dangerous goods, weapon, animal, currency, alcohol and all the international freight associate banning items.
*Weight Calculation:
If good weight is 1.2kg, we will charge 2kg as air freight fee.
According to air freight calculation, the air freight fee will use either actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is heavier. What is volumetric weight? It's based on height, width and length.
Sample 1:
Good Actual Weight:1 kg
Good Volumetric Weight:25cm x 20cm x 30cm
volumetric weight = (25 x 20 x 30)/6000
= 2.5 kg
If your goods actual weight is 1.5KG,receipt written 1.5KG, but if volumetric weight is 4.6KG,charges is based on 5KG。
Please beware of this! To avoid any arguement later!
Why volumetric weight calculation exist~

Due to air freight is using air plane, the flight storage only contains limited space one.
If most of us send items like toy and plastic items etc, it takes a lot of space. But the real actual weight is actually very light. That's why the air freight company set the rule for volumetric weight calculation.
Have to meet the requirement of international air freight association (IATA)
Air freight rejects any of the following items : counterfeit items、liquids、powder form、food、anything alive、medications、easily flammable or explosive items、corrosive items、discs、weapons and so on.
If you have any counterfeit items you wished to air freight - Customers may make a direct contact us for any information. If there's any miscommunication or misunderstandings in the category of the items/ use the wrong method of transportation, our company will not take any responsibility for it. Dear customers should always provide the correct information and choose the suitable method of transportation.
What's prohibited goods?
Liquid and powder form, electronic devices, batteries, branded items, counterfeit items, these are all considered prohibited goods-Under the category of prohibited air transport.
Allowing prohibited air transport but not normal air transport?
Through other pipelines, the air transportation network is able to deliver a small amount of prohibited goods. However, after any important events in China such as National Day or New Year's Day, the checking process by the custom will be taken more seriously causing the delivering process to be delayed. Large amount of prohibited goodsare unable to be delivered through air transport,but sea transport is still available.

什么是抛重?
什么是“抛重”呢?就是所谓的Volume Metric。
抛重算法:长(cm) X 高 (cm) X 宽 (cm) /6000
其实抛重就是根据包裹的实际体积重量(抛重的重量)来计算,并与实际的重量比较,视何者为重为准。
如果抛重重量大于实际重量,就按抛重重量计算运费。
反之,如果实际重量比抛重重量还重,那么只需以实际重量计算运费。
例子 1 :
物品的实际重量:3 kg
物品的实际体积:60cm*30cm*30cm
抛重的重量 = (60*30*30)/6000
= 9 kg
收费重量以9 kg抛重重量计算
例子2:
物品的实际重量:8 kg
物品的实际体积:15cm*20cm*20cm
抛重的重量 = (15*20*20)/6000
= 1 kg
收费重量以8 kg实际重量计算
为什么需要算抛重?
空运一般都是以重量来收费,但按照这个算法其实对航空公司以及派送公司来说都不公平
因为有些包裹重量很轻,但体积却很大,所以会占据许多舱位,因此单纯以实际重量来计算,
对航空公司及派送公司来说,是不划算的,因此才需要以抛重来计算。
什么是全抛和半抛?
1. 全抛
全抛的意思就是,在抛重的重量比实际重量较重的情况下,按照全部抛重的重量收费
如:实际重量:1kg , 抛重: 10kg, 将按照10kg来收费运费
2. 半抛
半抛的意思是,只按照抛重和实际重量的平均重量来收取运费。
我们的半抛优惠是。实际重量5.5kg 以上才开始算半抛
例子:
物品的实际重量:6kg
物品的实际体积重量:50cm x 35cm x 40cm
抛重的重量 = (50x35x40)/6000 = 11.66 kg = 12kg
半抛重量 = (12+6)/2 = 9 kg
收费重量以9 kg计算
3. 免抛
免抛的意思,就是不必根据抛重来收费哦!即使包裹抛重了,也只会按照实际重量收费哦!
我们的免抛优惠是。实际重量0.5-5.5kg 以下全免抛
例子 1:
物品的实际重量:2kg
物品的实际体积重量:50cm x 35cm x 40cm
抛重的重量 = (50x35x40)/6000 = 11.66 kg = 12kg
收费重量以2 kg计算(因实际重量只是2kg 在我们的优惠范围里)
例子 2:
物品的实际重量:6 kg
物品的实际体积重量:50cm x 35cm x 40cm
抛重的重量 = (50x35x40)/6000 = 11.66 kg = 12kg
收费重量是(12+6)/2 = 9 kg (以半抛收费)
在使用我们的运输服务时,用户必须将其中国的收货地址更改为TNDX Express 的仓库地址,包裹才能有效的送往我们的仓库。
